This place is a gem, I know there aren’t many Airbnb options in the Grass Valley/Nevada City area .... save yourself a click or two and just book it. The house itself is huge, the property is even larger, and it has a hot tub. A quick drive to GV and easy access to all that the NC/GV area has to offer.
